This is normally the bit where we talk about professionalism including reliability, fairness, standards etc. While all of this is inherent in the business, I'd rather talk about sleeping. I love my sleep - I spend between a third and a quarter of my life doing it! In order to enjoy it, I ensure my prices are fair for both my clients and myself, and I never, ever take on a job I'm not confident completing to a professional standard.

To this end, I'll normally offer a free call out to assess whatever you need done and we can chat about what you need and when, and what the next steps are if we need any materials etc. I'll talk you through the process where applicable (not normally needed for a lightbulb change) and make sure you're happy during the work and, above all, the end result.

And then, when the jobs done to both our satisfaction, I'll go home for a well deserved nap ;)
